::: More Profiles :::

Greetings y’all. Or should I say Aloha!!

This is the girl you used to call Brittl. I was proud member of A2, The Shaker. Oops, I mean Grammy Shakers. I was born on the 2nd of September. I like to have fun and would like to see the greater part of the world in the coming years. I guess that’s the only thing I can tell you about me cos you know the rest.

So now let’s talk about A2. As the Methodist hymn goes ‘through all the changing scenes in life…’. Life comes in scenes and we move from one scene to the other: meeting people and getting attached to them. A2 has been one scene in my life which I will never forget. I have met other young people with different attitudes, characters and ambitions from diverse backgrounds to form the best class of all times – A2.

We hit it together from the very word go not wavering or shaking nor allowing the ground we stood on to swallow us. With our predecessors naming us ‘Lil Shakers’ in our first year; we had a challenge to overcome. We needed to prove that we were fit to be here and yet we overcame.

Moving on to the second year, we decided we had matured and had the world at our feet. At this stage we were so into STAAGA. Our third year brought us to the end of that era when the members of the Shakers clan lost interest.

The fourth year or better still our final year, brought us to the top as seniors for two years. Then we adopted the name Grammy Shakers. This was the hardest part of all.
We had our good times and our hard times. Quarrels here and there which were forgotten as the day faded away. There were also some annoying times when you felt like kicking someone’s butt. The noise was at times unbearable. The hysterical laughs and deep voices, how can I forget those!  The fun times, oh my God, we were unstoppable. When we all roared with laughter and hit our heads against out tummies, showing our set of 32’s……………… hmmm

Truly, A2 was a great class and I would from the depths of my heart miss y’ll  and the good times that we shared.
You know where to find me !
